摘要
介绍了国内近年来三氯化钌制备技术研究的情况。通过对三氯化钌与电极涂层的关系、三氯化钌制备技术情况及电极涂层对三氯化钌的质量要求、含钌废料中钌的回收利用等方面的介绍,提出了电极涂层三氯化钌制备技术研究的发展方向。
The research progress of ruthenium trichloride preparation was studied.The development direction of ruthenium trichloride preparation was presented after the introduction,such as the relationship of ruthenium trichloride and electrode coating,the quality requirement of electrode coating with ruthenium trichloride,and the recyle of ruthenium from the ruthenium content waste.
