铊基和汞基高温超导体及其在微波领域的应用

摘要 超导科学的发展史可简单理解为是一个不断追寻高临界温度材料的过程,汞基和铊基氧化物超导体是目前发现的临界温度高的超导材料,在很多领域具有潜在的应用价值。自高温超导体发现后,高温超导技术以开始从实验室阶段向实际应用方向发展。本文以铊基和汞基氧化物为代表,在相关文献的基础上,阐述了铊基和汞基氧化物超导材料的制备方法,介绍了其在微波领域的潜在应用,重点介绍了高温超导滤波器和超导量子干涉仪在通信、军事和探测领域的应用,最后总结了其在发展中面临的问题。 The development history of superconducting science can be simple to understand as a process of constant pursuit of high critical temperature materials.Mercury-based and thallium-based superconductors were high critical temperature superconducting materials,which had potential application value in many fields.Since the high temperature superconductor discovered,high temperature superconducting technology developed from the laboratory to the practical application.Thallium and mercury oxides were represented,on the basis of related literature,the preparation methods of thallium and mercury oxide superconducting material were explained,their potential applications in the field of microwave were introduced,and high temperature superconducting filter and superconducting quantum interferometer in the field of communication,military and detection applications were especially summarized,finally,the problems in the development were proposed.
