Selection of Chlorine Decontamination Agent

氯气泄漏事故处置时,正确选择洗消剂洗消可彻底消除或减小氯气对人员、消防器材装备和现场环境的危害,并避免环境污染事故的发生,实现氯气泄漏事故绿色化处置。结合公安消防部队氯气泄漏事故处置实践,对水、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氧化钙等常见氯气洗消剂的洗消原理、用量、优缺点等进行分析、比较,提出了不同对象、不同情形下氯气洗消剂的选择方案。

While dealing with the chlorine release emergencies,a fire commander must give priority to ＂green＂ schemes,which was to choose right decontamination agent to minimize the harm which would be done to the firefighters,fire appliances and surroundings,and tackle the pollution to the environment.Based on real cases on chlorine release emergencies-dealing and experiences concluded,the principles,dosage,advantages and disadvantages of different decontamination agent were analyzed and compared in detail,such as water,sodium hydroxide,soda ash,sodium bicarbonate,calcium oxide,and proposes alternatives for different objects under different circumstances.
