The Research and Applications of DX GAS in DIP OFC Production

DIP无氧铜生产技术是一种较难掌握的铜生产工艺。本文介绍目前国内DIP无氧铜生产线上配置的DX气体设备的工艺原理和开发应用的情况,分析了现行开发的设备工艺优缺点,并阐述了作者的对设备改造的意见。同时,研究了存在问题的原因,结合实情提出了之后的研究方向和设想。

DIP Oxygen Free Copper technology was a difficult craft in the copper manufacturing industry.The process principles and the research and application situations of the DX GAS equipment in DIP OFC production in China were presented.The advantages and disadvantages of current equipment were analyzed,and the opinions on the equipment modification were put forward.Meanwhile,the cause of the current equipment＇s problems were studied combined with the facts suggests the further research direction and vision.
