一种高碳酸钙低品位萤石矿选矿方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 对于某含高碳酸钙低品位萤石矿,受碳酸钙的影响,采用传统的中矿顺序返回的全闭路工艺流程,从选厂多年的生产情况来看,不能获得理想指标,对于40%的入选原矿,经过一粗六精一扫的闭路流程,精矿品位只能达到85%-90%,回收率长期处在55%左右的低水平。本次研究采取的一种精选中矿集中处理的选矿方法,可以同时获得品位大于95%和品位80%-85%的两种不同产品,萤石综合回收率达到70%左右,工艺流程简单,操作方便,不需要复杂的药剂制度,现场可行性较好。 According to the low grade fluorite ore containing high calcium carbonate,influence of calcium carbonate using the traditional full closed loop process of middlings returned in turn to recycle the fluorite ore can't obtain ideal targets in the actual production of Mill plant.The raw ore contained 40% of fluorite ore through the closed-circuit flotation process of single-stage roughing,six-stage cleaning and single-stage scavenging,the concentrate grade was only 85% to 90%,and the recovery was at low level of about 55%.This study using the beneficiation method of centralized processing the roughing middlings obtained two products that the grade was higher than 90% and the grade was in range of 80%-85%,the comprehensive recovery of fluorite ore could reach to 70%.The process flow was simple and easy to operate,the scene feasibility was good without the complex reagent regime.
