摘要
以大米面、小麦粉、玉米面三种常见主食为原料,对三种主食的热量进行测定,探讨主食与不同人群之间的健康问题。实验表明,不同种类的主食所含热量不同,因此适合的人群就不同。实验结果表明大米面、小麦粉和玉米面的燃烧热分别为21083.58 J·g-1、20184.24 J·g-1和19531.89 J·g-1。根据主食热量的大小人们可选择适合自己健康饮食方式。
The healthy problem between staple food and different crowd was discussed,and the quantity of heat of three kinds of staple food of low heat in the life was assayed on the basis of the heat of combustion theory.The results showed that the quantity of heat of different kinds of staple food was distinguishing and the heat of combustions of rice flour,wheat flour and corn flour were 21083.58 J·g-1,20184.24 J·g-1and 19531.89 J·g-1,respectively.So it was important for people to choose suitable healthy diet way.
