摘要
分析了10个过程的工业清洗用水流量、进出口浓度、杂质传质速率之间的关系,建立了10个过程用水数学模型,并转化为一个有约束条件的优化问题。提出了一套基于混合遗传算法的工业清洗过程用水的优化方法,编制了清洗过程用水的应用程序。优化结果表明:新鲜水可由252.42 t/h降至150.20 t/h,节水量102.23 t/h,污水减少量102.23 t/h,节水率达40.5%。
The relationship of water use quantity,influent and effluent concentration,mass transfer rate of ten processes water utilization were analyzed.Mathematical model of ten-processes water utilization was set up and translated into a optimization function.Optimization methods based on hybrid genetic algorithm were proposed.Application program was designed.The result indicated fresh water quantity were reduced from 252.42 t/h to 150.20 t/h,water conservation quantity was 102.23 t/h,and sewage water quantity was reduced 102.23 t/h,with water conservation rate of 40.5%.
