摘要
提出了在塔底热油泵入口管道的设计过程中,塔底泵入口管道由于热应力而导致泄漏,对炼厂造成重大损失的问题。分别从泵的气蚀和管嘴允许受力,管道柔性设计方法,支吊架的设置等方面进行了讨论,分析了近前的流程式以及稍远的"L"型塔与泵的平面布置方式,和相应的泵入口管道的设计方案。得出了两种设计均能保证泵入口管道安全运行的结论。
The problems of hot oil pump inlet piping design,tower bottom pump entrance pipeline leak due to the thermal stress were proposed,which caused significant loss of refinery problems.Respectively,reason solutions from different aspects were discussed,such as pump cavitation and nozzle allowable stress,pipeline flexible design method,hanger supporters,and layout of tower and pumps.The flow near and distant "L"type tower and pump layout mode,design scheme and the corresponding pump entrance pipeline were analyzed.The results of two kinds of design can guarantee the safe operation of the pump entrance pipeline.
