“鲶鱼效应”对CBA联赛发展的影响

Catfish Effect Impact on the Development of the CBA League

通过文献资料法、数理分析法、专家访谈等研究方法,分析了"鲶鱼效应"在CBA联赛发展中所起的作用。研究结果表明,合理利用"鲶鱼效应"可以使各球队内部形成一种良性竞争激励机制,激发球员潜能,提升CBA联赛的商业价值;在运用"鲶鱼效应"的同时,"鲶鱼效应"也会带来过分依赖外援、忽略本土球员培养等负面影响。并针对存在的问题,提出了"内外结合"、培养新兴球员和改革引援制度等建议。

Using the methods of literature research,mathematical analytic method and expert interview,it analyzes the role of＂the sheatfish effect＂that plays on the CBA league tournament developments.The results show that rational using of ＂ the sheatfish effect＂ can make the teams form a benign competition and incentive mechanism to stimulate the player＇s potential to enhance the CBA league commercial value;while ＂ the sheatfish effect＂ will bring undue reliance on foreign aid so as to ignore the cultivation of local players and other negative effects.Aiming at the existence the questions,it proposes that the ＂ internal and external combination＂,cultivating emerging players and reforming the system of using the foreign aid.
