Using the method of document material,video observation,comparative analysis,it analyzes on Russia and Chinese men basketball team’ s performance at the 30th Olympic Summer Games and finds the technical gap between them.Through the further exploration of system factors of the Russia rise,it concludes： the Chinese men basketball team should try to achieve the diversification of the talented athletic resource,strive to improve the college students’sport level and perfect the CBA league.
