摘要 为了研究火炮发射过程中弹炮间的接触碰撞对弹丸膛内运动规律的影响,以含虚拟体的弹炮刚柔耦合动力学模型为基础,提出了一种经由虚拟体组成的模拟身管来传递弹丸和柔性身管间相互作用力的方法,通过建立将接触面视为规则几何形状的系统模型,得到了在相同射击条件下试验测试数据和仿真计算结果的对比曲线,以及不同初始条件下弹丸角速度的变化曲线。结果表明:该模型能较真实地反映身管的弹性振动和弹丸的膛内运动规律,且弹丸质量偏心和弹炮间隙的增大将加剧弹丸在膛内的摆动。 To investigate the influence of contact/impact on the bullet motion in the process of artillery firing, a method with which the force can be transferred by the analog barrel was presented, based on the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model including virtual substances. The establishment of a system model with the contact surfaces taken as regular geometry contributed to obtaining the comparative curves between the experimental data and the calculation result under the same firing condition and the changing curves of the rotation speed of bullet under different initial conditiond. The result shows that this model can truly reflect both the vibration of flexible barrel and the law of bullet motion. Besides, an increase in the bullet eccentricity and the projectile-barrel gap can speed up the bullet swing.
