摘要
目的:观察实验性继发牙折裂的线及面形态学改变。方法:对没有裂纹牙冠完好的离体牙进行根管治疗和多类型的(牙合)面充填后,在万能力学试验机上对牙(牙合)面施以静态压力造成继发性牙折裂,分析裂纹的数量、形态和牙折面的形状及边缘线的情况。结果:裂纹和牙折面的形态、形状呈现不规则的复杂表现。结论:继发性牙折裂形态不一,与牙齿治疗情况、治疗过程中去除牙体组织多少、解剖结构及受力的大小及角度都有关系。
Aim :This article aims to observe microscopic and macroscopic morphology of experimental secondary occulusal traumatism. Methods: As for the excised teeth which were without fissured crown, root canal recurrence and muhi-obtunration of occlusion should be used. Then, dental articulation should be measured by static pressure at the universal mechanical testing machine in order to cause secondary odontoclasis so that the quantity and morphology of fissure can be analyzed. In the meantime, both the a- natomy of odontoclasis surface and edge line can be observed as well. Results: The representation is that the anatomy and morphology of crack and odontoclasis surface is complex and irregular. Conclusion:the anatomy of secondary odontoclasis is various that related to the conditions of dental treatment, anatomic structure, the intensity and angle of stress.
