摘要
江苏省档案馆迁建工程中的预应力箱梁具有跨度大、吨位大、制作安装难度大等技术难度。结合工程实际全面阐述基于专用胎膜构造的大跨度预应力箱梁的精细化制作技术与安装技术要点,解决了大壁厚板材预应力箱梁切割、组装与安装难度大、精度难以控制的技术难题,获得良好的工程效益,对推广大跨度钢结构预应力施工技术及类似工程的实施具有一定参考价值。
The prestressed box girder has a large span and large tonnage, and the manufacture installation is difficult in the Jiangsu Archives. Therefore, combined with the engineering practice, the points of the fine production and installation technology of large span prestressed concrete box girder based on the special membranes structure are comprehensively expounded in this paper. It solves the technical problems in cutting, assembly and installation in the big wall thick plate prestressed box girder, and gets good benefits. The research provides a good guide to promote the prestressed construction technology of large span steel structure for the implementation of similar projects.
