摘要
传统的模板现浇体系易于产生漏浆、支撑体系较为复杂、单方造价较高等不足,采用塑料模壳现浇施工密肋楼板可解决传统模板应用过程中的问题。特结合济南名士豪庭地下车库工程应用案例,准确定位塑料模壳的技术特点及技术参数控制要点,在此基础上创新提出包括搭设支撑架等12个关键过程及衔接的施工工艺流程,同时深刻阐述其所对应的分解技术操作要点及质量控制措施,研究结果表明该密肋楼板塑料模壳创新施工技术成熟可靠、经济实用,能满足绿色施工与环保要求,推广和应用适用于密肋楼板的塑料模壳施工技术具有积极的现实意义。
The traditional template cast-in-place system is prone to leak slurry, and the supporting system is more complicated with higher unilateral cost. The application of the plastic form in the ribbed floor slab cast- in-place construction can solve the problems that exist in the traditional template application. Combined with the engineering application case of Jinan noblige luxurious underground garage, accurate positioning technology characteristics and technology parameters and control points of plastic forms, 12 key processes and the cohesion process including erection of racks are innovatively put forward. At the same time, the decomposed operation points and quality control measures are profoundly elaborated. The results show that the innovative construction technology of the ribbed floor plastic form is mature and reliable, economical and practical, which can meet the requirements of green construction and environmental protection. Promotion and application of the ribbed slab plastic form construction technology has the positive practical significance.
