摘要
作为解决廉租房建设资金紧张的有效途径,REITs在我国的设立仍将面临诸多风险。文章系统分析了廉租房REITs面临的内部和外部风险,结合我国国情,有针对性地提出了相应对策。
As an effective solution to resolve the issue of funding in the construction field of low-rent houses, REITs will face a deal of risks. The article studies internal risks and external risks of low-rent house REITs and put forward the countermeasures based on the current situation in our country.
