摘要
以南部非洲博茨瓦纳首都哈博罗内污水升级处理工程项目为例,从现场人员管理、技术指导、材料管理、安全意识、协调和索赔方面进行阐述分析,寻求施工现场高效的管理方法,从而保证项目各项预定目标的顺利实现。
By taking the upgrading of Gaborone Sewerage Reticulation Project in Botswana as an instance, this paper states and analyzes the management of personnel on site, technical instructions, material management, safety awareness, coordination as well as claim.It tries to seek out an efficient management method on site so as to ensure all intended targets of the project to be smoothly realized.
