退火过程对高温Sm_2Co_(17)磁体性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Annealling Process on the High Temperature Magnetic Property of Sm_2Co_(17)

摘要 对Sm(CobalFe0.07Cu0.088Zr0.025)7.6烧结磁体在不同回火工艺下的室温和高温磁学性质进行了系统研究。结果表明,不同的等温时效温度回火时,磁体剩余磁通密度Br和最大磁能积(BH)max的在室温下不会有太大变化。然而,在高温(500℃)情形下却有很大区别,在790~810℃,获得了最高的(BH)max和矫顽力。所以回火工艺对磁体的高温性能产生了很大影响。通过调整回火工艺,所得到的样品在500℃性能可以达到Hci=5.48kOe,(BH)max=12.45MGOe。 The dependence of magnetic properties of Sm (COba1 Fe0.07 Cuo.o88 Zr0.025)7.6 sintered magnets on the aging process was systematically studied. With different isothermal aging temperature, the remanences Br and the maxi- mum energy products (BH)max at room temperature doesn't change much. However, it make a big difference in high temperature(500 ℃). The highest (BH)~x was acquired in 790-810 ℃. By adjusting the aging process, the properties of sample were Hd=5.48 kOe, (BH)max=12.45 MGOe in 500 ℃.
