摘要
地方本科院校教学督导工作遭遇整体氛围对教学中心地位的支撑不足,督导队伍组建困难、地位尴尬,督导业务单一、作用不明显,反馈的无力减弱督导效用的发挥等困境。应从营造重视教学的氛围、扩展督导业务、提高教学督导效能、升华督导职能、扩充和提升教学督导队伍、成立教学质量评价与督导处,强化教学督导地位和效用等方面加强地方本科院校教学督导工作,以强化其作为教学质量监督与保障的中坚力量,促进地方本科院校教学质量的提升。
The supervision work of local universities teaching encounters problems, such as teaching being neglected in the overall atmosphere, difficult establishment of supervision team with awkward position, unchanged supervising practice causing poor effect, and ineffective supervision caused by weak feedback. In order to strengthen the position of teaching supervision as backbone of teaching quality supervision and protection, and to promote education quality, local universities should improve teaching environment and supervision team, expand its practice, increase its effect, and set up administrations of supervision and teaching quality evaluation.
