摘要
为了解决推纸器式裱纸机在工作过程中推纸器冲击造成的纸张堆积、定位精度不高等问题,对其输送过程进行了运动分析,得出推纸器输送面纸的要求,在动力学分析的基础上,提出两种推纸器速度的控制方案:脉冲速度控制和连续速度控制,运用多项式拟合的MATLAB程序求出二次曲线与三次曲线,并利用积分法验证了二次曲线的控制方案,在承受相同的冲击下,可使机器的速度得到提高。
In the process of the lamination machine's paper transferring ,push-gauge would cause impact to the face-paper, so the transfer is not smooth, positioning accuracy is not high. In order to solve the problems, motion analysis was carried out on the delivery process, obtained the conveying process requirement. Based on dynamics analysis, combined with the conveying process requirements, this paper put forward two kinds of push gauge speed control scheme, the pulse velocity control and continuous speed control scheme. Using the simulation with MATLAB and the quadratic curve and cubic curve, using integral method to verify the proposed control scheme of quadratic curve, and the proposed quadratic curve under the impact of the inherit, the speed of the machine was improved.
