眶脂肪瓣转移与自体脂肪游离移植矫正上睑凹陷的疗效比较

Comparative Study on the Efficacy of Suborbicularis Ocular Fat（SOOF） Flap Graft vs Autolo- gous Fat Free Transplantation for the Treatment of Sunken Upper Eyelid

【目的】比较眶脂肪瓣转移与自体脂肪游离移植矫正上睑凹陷的手术效果。【方法】回顾性分析本院收治的90例176侧上睑凹陷患者的临床资料，90例患者分别采用眶脂肪瓣转移（试验组，66例132侧）与自体脂肪颗粒游离移植（对照组，24例44侧）治疗，比较两种手术的有效率、并发症的差异。【结果】试验组及对照组的有效率分别为93．9％（124／132）及79．5％（35／44）、并发症发生率分别为0％及20．5（9／44）％，两组相比较差异均有显著性（均P〈o．05）。【结论】与自体脂肪颗粒游离移植矫正上睑凹陷相比，眶脂肪瓣转移有效率较高，并发症较低，且还具备手术方法简单易行、效果好、远期效果稳定等优点，值得临床推广。

[Objective] To compare the efficacy of suborbicularis ocular fat（SOOF） flap graft vs autolo- gous fat free transplantation for the treatment of sunken upper eyelid. [Methods] Clinical data of 90 cases of sunken upper（176 sides） in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated with SOOF flap graft（experiment group, 66 cases, 123 sides） or autologous fat free transplantation（control group, 24 ca- ses, 44 sides）, respectively. The effective rate and complications were compared between two surgical meth- ods. [Results] The effective rate of experiment group and control group was 93. 9~ （124/132） and 79.5% （35/44） respectively, and the incidence of complications was 0~ and 20.5~ （9/44） respectively, and there were significant differences between two groups（all P d0.05）. [Conclusion]The effectiveness rate of SOOF flap graft is significantly higher than that of autologous fat free transplantation, and the incidence of complica- tions of SOOF flap graft was lower than that of autologous fat free transplantation. SOOF flap graft also has advantages such as simple operation, good efficacy and stable long-term result, so it is worthy of clinical pro motion.
