2型糖尿病动脉血管病变与血小板的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)不同动脉血管病变中血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)及血小板分布宽度(PDW)的变化。[A-法1180例T2DM患者根据踝臂指数(ABI)和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)分组,单纯ABI≤0.9组(A组)45例,单纯IMT〉0.8mm组(B组)46例,ABI≤0.9且IMT〉0.8mm组(C组)39倒,正常组(ABI〉0.9且IMT≤O.8mm)50例,比较四组的体质量指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、PLT、MPV、PDW。【结果】A组、B组和C组的MPV分别为(11.96±0.57)fl;(11.22±1.42)fl;(12.26±0.86)f1,与正常组MPV(9.67±1.56)fl比较,差异有显著性(F=24.69,P〈O.05),C组MPV与A组和B组比较差异无显著性(F值分别为0.09和0.12,P〉0.05);与正常组比较,各组的PDW和PLT的差异无显著性(F值分别为0.20和0.25,P〉0.05)。【结论】T2DM各种动脉血管病变均与MPV相关,与PDW和PLT数量无关。 Objective To explore the changes of platelet count(Pt), mean platelet volume(MPV) and platelet distribution width(PDW) in different artery diseases of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). EMethodsl According to ankle brachial index(ABI) and carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT), 180 T2DM patients were divided into group A(simple ABI≤0.9, n =45), group B(simple IMT^0.8ram, n =46), group C(ABI≤0.9 and IMT〉0.8 ram, n =39) and normal control group(ABI〉0.9 and IMT≤0.8mm, n =50). Body mass index(BMI), glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), Pt count, MPV and PDW were compared among 4 groups. [Results] MPV in group A, B and C was (11.96±0.57), (11.22±1.42) and (12.26±0.86) respectively, and there was significant difference between group A, B, C and normal group(9.67±1.56)( F=24.69, P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in MPV between group C and group A and B(F=0.09 and 0.12, P 〉0.05). There was also no significant difference in PDW and Pt count among 4 groups(F=0.20 and 0. 25, P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] Various artery diseases of T2DM are related to M1DV, but not related to PDW and Pt count.
