针对目前煤矿水患频发的现状,根据《煤矿安全规程》相关规定,自行研制矿用自动防水闸门,能够实现就地控制、远程控制、智能控制,接入监控通讯系统可成为地面操作控制的皮带运输自动防水设备。为煤矿防治水提供一种可行的方案,填补了神华集团防水闸门制造领域的一项空白,有推广示范作用,具有重大的社会效益。

According to the present condition of frequent occurrence of coal mine water disaster, self-developed mine automatic water- proof gate to achieve local control remote control and intelligent control and to control automatic waterproof equipments in the ground by accessing monitoring communications system. If the waterproof gate needs to be closed, it can be operated locally or remotely and do not need cut off the belt conveyor or remove the shelf. The new waterproof gate provides a feasible scheme for mine water prevention and control and has significant social benefits.
