摘要
课堂管理是有效教学的重要保障。本研究关注当前中职学校课堂管理现状,通过实证分析影响良好课堂管理的因素,从中发现有效预防课堂违纪行为的对策。
Classroom management is the guarantee of effective teaching. This study focuses on current status of classroom management in secondary vocational school by the empirical analysis on the working factors of good classroom management, aiming to find effective countermeasures for breaking classroom discipline.
