摘要
主要介绍了激光变焦扩束系统的设计方法。以高斯光束的准直原理为基础,采用一个倒置的望远系统建立系统物理模型和微分方程,分析得到系统中变倍补偿组件的运动轨迹。然后以二组元变焦系统为例,在理想光学系统的基本目标参数上加入具体的光学参数,并利用软件优化校正像差,设计得到了一种结构紧凑,光束准直性好且成本较为低廉的变焦扩束光学系统。
A design method of optical zooming system used for collimating laser beams is intorduced. Based on the principle of Gaussian beam collimation, the classical telescope system and differential equations of the physical model system are a- dopted. The tracks of the varifocal group and compensating group are judged. One optical zooming system is designed to col- limate the laser beams. First, with the ideal system as the initial form, additional practical parameters are introduced grand- ly. Second, the software is adopted to correct the optical aberrations, and the optimized satisfactory zooming system. This system has the tight structure , accurate collimation and low cost.
