环境保护是为解决现实的或潜在的环境问题,协调人类与环境的关系,保障社会的持续发展而采取的各种行动。它作为现代商业和日常生活的一部分,受到越来越多的关注与重视,食品包装是环保包装中的重头戏,首先要强化设计师和消费者的环保理念,还要在设计中运用减少过度包装、选择环保材料、循环再利用的方法,使环保理念贯穿整个食品包装设计、生产和销售的过程中,从而建立人与物、人与自然的和谐关系。

Environmental Protection is a series actions to resolve actual or potential environmental prob- lems, to coordinate the relationship between humans and the environment, and to protect the sustain- able development of society. As a part of the modern business and daily life, it is paid more and more attention. Food packaging is the main event of the environmental protection packaging. First of all, it is necessary to strengthen the environmental consciousness of designers and consumers. Secondly, it need reduce excessive packaging, choose environmentally friendly materials, and put the environmental protection consciousness through the food packaging design in order for establishing a harmonious rela- tionship between human and material, and between man and nature.
