高师院校“五位一体”本科生导师制初探——以重庆师范大学政治学院为例

An Exploration of "Five in One" Tutorial Education System——Chongqing Normal University as an Example

面临当前特殊的学情、校情和国情,实行本科生导师制对于高校大力提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。近年来,重庆师范大学政治学院逐步探索并推行了"专业-学术-技能-德育-就业"五位一体的高师院校本科生导师制,成效显著,能为其他高校开展本项工作提供某些启示。

Facing the present special situation of students, universities and nation, tt ts lmportam anu significant to carry out the system education for universities to promote the quality of talents cultiva- tion. In last few years, the College of Political Sciences of Chongqing Normal University explored and carried out the ＂Five in One＂ tutorial education system including five aspects： major, academic study, skill, moral education and employment, which has produced remarkable effects, and can afford some positive suggestions for other universities to carry out the system education.
