摘要
管理是保证组织有效地运行必不可少的条件。组织作用的发挥依赖于管理,有组织,就会有管理,管理是任何组织永恒的主题。有效的管理是组织旺盛生命力的保证,而执行是实现有效管理的唯一途径,因此具备良好的执行力是一个组织可持续发展的保证。随着社会经济的快速发展,竞争日益激烈,具有良好的执行力就具有良好的竞争力,对个人如此,对企业,对任何组织(包括政府部门、非营利组织)乃至对于一个国家来讲都是如此,执行力是一个组织走向成功的必备能力之一。
Management plays an indispensable role in ensuring the running of the organization. Organization relies on the management and it is the eternal theme of any organization. Effective management helps to facilitate the dynamic of an organization, and the executive force is the only way to realize the efficient management so as to guarantee the sustainable development of organizations. With the rapid economic development and stiff competition, the executive force means competitiveness, and it is an essential competence for individuals, enterprises, organizations (including government departments, non -profit organizations), even to countries. Thus. in order to enhance the executive force, it is quite necessary to identify how the execution is influenced. By analyzing the relevant study on execution at home and abroad, and based on the management competence, an execution influencing factor model is proposed to test and improve the current executive power.
