摘要
实现现代法治有不同的路径和方式,欠发达地区需要综合式的发展模式,从而与整体现代法治和谐一致。结合十八大精神,对青海省现代法治建设的成功经验进行了概括和总结,对其中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的对策,可以进一步推动青海省现代法治建设的发展。
The implementation of rule of law has different paths and modes. Less - developed areas need to be integrated type model of modem rule of law in harmony with the whole. Combine the spirit of the 18th CPC Conference; it summarizes the successful experience carried on in Qinghai province for modem rule of law construction, analysis of the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, to further promote the development of the modem rule of law construction in Qinghai province.
