模拟创业途径下大学生创业素质培养问题研究

大学生自主创业关乎民生就业之根本与民族创新之未来。大学生创业素质培养是创业教育的重要目标和核心内容。面对我国大学生自主创业率和成功率偏低的现实,我国高校从上世纪90年代末开始探索利用模拟创业这一途径来推进创业教育、提升大学生创业素质。但是,高校在开展模拟创业活动中还存在诸多不足。在对西安市大学生创业意识、创业知识技能、创业行为及对模拟创业需求状况调查分析的基础上,探索高校通过完善模拟创业途径提升大学生创业素质的对策。

Self - pioneering work of college students is an important way to graduates employment as well as national creative ability in the future. Cultivate entrepreneurship quality of college students is the pivotal target and core content of entrepreneurship education..Facing presenting low rate of self - employment and self - employed success, colleges start to advance entrepreneurship education to cultivate student＇s entrepreneurship quality by using simulation pioneering work form 1990s. However, there are still a lot of shortages. This paper, based on the investigation of enterprise consciousness, enterprise knowledge and skill, enterprise practice and enterprise requirements of college students in Xi＇an, explored countermeasures to promote college students entrepreneurship quality on the way of simulation pioneering work.
