Case Teaching Reform on Western Economics

西方经济学是我国高等院校经济与管理类专业重要的基础课之一,理论性和实用性都很强。案例教学法在西方经济学课程中得到了广泛应用。案例教学虽然使晦涩的理论通俗化,提高了学生学习的兴趣,增强了学生观察经济的敏锐度,但同时,案例教学目前也存在一些问题,需要教师根据现实经济发展的要求,通过多种方式,多种手段进行案例教学改革,以便更好地理论联系实际,指导实践。

Western Economics, with strong theoretical and practical nature, is one of the important basic courses about economics and management subjects in our national universities. Case teaching has been widely applied in Western Economics course, it makes obscure theory popularized, improves the students＇ interests in learning, enhances the students＇ acuity to observe economic problems, however, there are some problems about case teaching, which need reforms according to the requirement of current economic development. Teachers should reform case teaching by various methods and means in order to put the theory into practice and guide the practice.
