小剂量咪达唑仑与芬太尼联合用于局部麻醉的临床效果及安全性分析

Clinical Effect and Safety of Small doses of Midazolam Combined with Fentanyl for Local Anesthesia

目的:探讨分析小剂量咪达唑仑与芬太尼联合用于局部麻醉的临床效果及安全性分析。方法:将2009年6月至2012年6月间在我院进行治疗的120例局部麻醉患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组患者使用0.04mg咪达唑仑与0.8μg/kg芬太尼辅助局部麻醉,对照组患者采用单纯局部麻醉,观察两组患者术中MAP、HR、镇静效果、完全遗忘率、手术不适等。结果:两组患者的MAP以及HR较麻醉前有一定程度下降,但均在正常范围之内;两组各时间点的MAP以及HR相互比较,两者无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者呼吸抑制发生率要高于对照组;观察组患者完全遗忘率明显高于对照组的完全遗忘率;观察组镇静效果好于对照组,且观察组患者术中不适感发生情况少于对照组。结论:小剂量咪达唑仑与芬太尼联合用于局部麻醉能够取得良好的麻醉效果,安全性较好,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effect and safety of small doses of midazolam combined with fentanyl for local anesthesia.Method： 120 patients with local anesthesia in our hospital were divided into the observation group（60） and the control group（60）.The MAP,HR,sedative effect,completely forgetting rates,uncomfort of surgery of the two group were observed.Result： The two groups of patients with the decline in MAP and HR before anesthesia to a certain degree,but are within the normal range;MAP and HR for two sets of time points compared to each other,there was no significant difference（P0.05）.The incidence of respiratory depression and completely forgetting rate of the observer group were higher than the control group.sedative effects of observation was better than control groups,discomfort of observation was less than control group.Conclusion： Small doses of midazolam combined with fentanyl anesthesia used for local anesthesia can make good results,better security,and application.
