腹腔镜直肠癌根治术手术方法及临床治疗效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Resection on Rectal Carcinoma

目的:探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的手术方法及临床效果。方法:回顾分析2010年至2012年我院26例患者行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的临床资料。结果:26例顺利完成手术,平均手术时间181min,平均出血138mL,术后肠道功能平均恢复时间56h,平均住院日7d,无围手术期死亡及并发症发生,术后随访6-36个月,平均24个月,Trocar及小切口处未见肿瘤种植转移,1例复发。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者创伤轻、痛苦少、康复快,能达到根治的要求。

Objective： To explore surgical method and clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection on rectal carcinoma.Methods： The clinical data of 26 cases,who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma in our department from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results： 26 cases were completed by laparoscopy successfully.The average operation time was 181min,blood loss was 138mL,gastrointestinal function recovery time was 56 hours and the average hospitalization time was 7 days.No death and complication occurred.No tumour implantation metastasis was detected at the location of Trocar and small incision during the follow-up period.1 case recurred.Conclusions： Laparoseopie radical resection is a safe,feasible and total excision way to cure rectal carcinoma.
