摘要
目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)与脑梗死的关系,观察丹参酮IIA对HCY的影响。方法:将66例经CT或MRI证实为脑梗死的患者随机分为叶酸、维生素B12组或丹参酮IIA组,治疗2周内观察HCY水平变化,另用33例健康者作为对照组。结果 :脑梗死患者的HCY水平高于健康对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),无论是脑梗死组还是健康对照组HCY水平与叶酸、维生素B12均呈负相关性;叶酸、维生素B12及丹参酮IIA治疗后受试者HCY水平均下降,统计学比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :脑梗死与血清HCY水平有一定关系,丹参酮IIA可降低血清HCY水平,有利于脑梗死患者康复。
Objective: To observe the relationship between the serum homocysteine(HCY) and cerebral infarction and investigate the effects of tanshinone IIA on HCY. Methods: Sixty-six patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI were randomly divided into two treatment groups: folic acid plus vitamin B12 or Tanshinone IIA and 33 cases of healthy subjects as a control group. The change of HCY levels was observed within 2 weeks treatment. Results: The serum HCY level was higher in patients with cerebral infarction than in healthy subjects, and the difference was significant. The serum HCY level decreased in the treatment group, and the difference was also statistically significant. Conclusion: There is a certain relationship between cerebral infarction and serum HCY level. Tanshinone IIA can reduce serum HCY levels and is of benefit to the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.
