多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者性激素与腹部脂肪厚度的相关性研究

Correlation between Sex Hormones and Abdominal Fat Thickness in Infertility Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者性激素与腹部脂肪厚度的相关性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 166例PCOS不孕症患者,于月经期检测性激素,并超声检测腹部及皮下脂肪厚度,对上述各项检测指标进行相关性分析。结果 PCOS不孕症患者的促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)与肝前皮下脂肪厚度及腹部皮下脂肪厚度均呈负相关(P﹤0.05);雌二醇(E2)与肝前皮下脂肪厚度呈负相关(P﹤0.05);睾酮与腹部皮下脂肪厚度呈正相关(P﹤0.05);泌乳素(PRL)则与腹部脂肪厚度无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论 PCOS不孕症患者部分性激素与腹腔内及皮下脂肪厚度有关,在临床诊治时应综合考虑多方因素。

Objective To study the correlation between sex hormones and abdominal fat thickness in infertility women with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）,and to provide a basis for treatment of infertility women with PCOS.Methods One hundred and sixty-six infertility women with PCOS were enrolled in the study.Their serum sex hormones was detected during menstrual period while abdominal and subcutaneous fat thickness were detected by ultrasound,and a correlation analysis of the indicators above was performed.Results FSH,LH negatively correlated with liver subcutaneous fat thickness and abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness in infertility women with PCOS（P 0.05）;There was a negative correlation between E2 and liver subcutaneous fat thickness（P 0.05）;And there was a positive correlation between testosterone and abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness（P 0.05）;No significant correlation was found between PRL and abdominal fat thickness（P 0.05）.Conclusion For some sex hormones correlate with intraabdominal and subcutaneous fat thickness in infertility women with PCOS,various factors should be considered in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such patients.
