基于东元交流伺服的SGS无损检测平台控制系统设计

摘要 为了实现分段γ扫描(SGS,segment gamma scanning)无损检测平台各部分传动装置的精确控制,选用高精度、高性价比的东元交流伺服作为平台动力源,采用C#语言编写上位控制软件,完成对传动装置的定位、运行、复位等精确控制。重点介绍了上位控制软件和伺服控制系统的设计。测试表明:传送定位误差小于1 mm,旋转角度误差小于1°,满足SGS无损检测平台的要求。 In order to achieve the accuracy control to all parts of SGS non-destructive testing platform,the highprecision, cost-effective TECO AC servo is selected as the driving force,the superior software is designed with C# language,and then the functions of location,running and reset to the platform are finished.The superior control software and the servo control system are mainly introduced.Test shows that the transmission location error is less than 1 mm,the rotation angle error is less than 1°,which meets the requirements for SGS non-destructive testing.
