摘要
为降低转台成本及系统复杂度,采用了步进电机与光电传感器构成的驱动系统,针对该系统开发了WDM驱动程序。通过应用特定的步进电机运行控制算法,并针对WDM驱动程序的特性设计了合适的硬件控制方法,在Windows操作系统下通过驱动程序实现了对转台驱动系统进行直接控制。经实际使用,该驱动程序可以可靠地控制步进电机实现定速、定位及运行到指定传感器位置等运行方式。该驱动程序直接生成脉冲输出至步进电机驱动器,而无需外围的定时器和脉冲生成电路,具有硬件成本低、可维护性和可扩展性好、工程实用性强等特点。
To reduce the cost and system complexity of the turntable,a driving system composed of stepper motor and photoelectric sensors is used,and a WDM(Windows driver Model) driver is developed for the turmable system.Through applying specified motion control algorithms for stepper motor,an appropriate hardware control method is designed according to the characteristics in WDM environment,the direct control over the turntable driving system is realized by using the driver in Windows OS.Tests show that the stepper motor can run at specified velocity or to specified position and to a specified sensor position reliably under the control of the driver.The driver can generate pulses by itself to run the stepper motor,without a peripheral timer or pulse generator.The driver has many features,such as low hardware cost,good maintainability and expandability.
