Study on Analysis and Selection of E-commerce Warehousing and Logistics Modes

首先对电子商务仓储物流的模式进行分类,分析每一种模式的运作方式,总结其优势和劣势,然后在Ballou物流二维决策模型的基础上,结合电子商务仓储物流的特点,提出电子商务仓储物流模式的选择模型,运用决策矩阵解决电子商务企业与仓储物流模式的匹配选择问题,为电子商务企业选择仓储物流模式提供参考。

In this paper, we first classified the e-commerce warehousing and logistics modes, analyzed the operation of each of them, summarized their advantages and disadvantages, and then on the basis of the Ballou logistic 2-dimensional decision model and in connection with the characteristics of e-commerce warehousing and logistics, proposed model for the selection of the modes and used the decisian-making matrix to solve the relevant selection and matchmaking problems.
