摘要
首先分析了物流产业发展的概况及产业发展中表现出的突出问题,接着论述了法制建设对物流产业发展的意义,最后基于法制视野提出了推进物流产业发展的对策。
In this paper,we firist analyzed the general situation of the development of the logistics industry as well as the prominent problems therein,then discussed the significance of legal system construction on the development of the industry,and at the end proposed the promotive counter-menasures from the angle of the legal system.
