摘要
将顾客接触前后台分离的思想引入物流服务之中,分析了物流服务中前后台分离的表现及第三方物流与第四方物流协作服务中的前后台分离,提出在物流业不断发展中的前后台分离有两种发展趋势:一是物流服务中应用前后台分离思想必须建立后台服务共享中心;二是后台服务可大规模定制化。提出通过外移、外包、产业化等形式实现后台的规模化,从而解决物流企业追求规模经济的愿望与顾客个性化需求之间的矛盾。
In this paper, after introducing the notion of the separation of the front and back stages in contact with the customers, we analyzed the performance of the logistics service before and after the separation as well as the separation in the collaborating service in 3PL and 4PL, proposed that there were two developing trends for the separation in the logistics industry, i.e., first to apply the notion of the separation there must be an established backstage service sharing center and, second, the backstage services could be subject to mass customization, and at the end vointed out that we could increase the scale of the backstage thmueh transferrine, outsourcinz and industrialization.
