Diagnosis and Analysis of Green Logistics Based on Environmental Performance Evaluation

从环境绩效评估的视角研究了企业绿色物流诊断问题,旨在帮助企业构建起核心竞争能力和实现可持续发展。在阐述了环境绩效评估相关知识的基础上,探讨了基于环境绩效评估的绿色物流诊断内容,接着分析了绿色物流环境绩效评估的两个基本方法,即生态效益指标评价模型和国际标准化组织的环境绩效评估指标体系,最后重点研究了平衡计分卡在绿色物流环境绩效评估中的应用,构建了基于平衡计分卡的绿色物流环境绩效评估体系,从财务、客户、员工和过程管理四个维度确定了其关键绩效评价指标、管理要项、行为指标和指标值。

In this paper, on the basis of an explanation of the knowledge relevant to environmental performance evaluation, we discussed the content in the green logistics diagnosis based thereon, then analyzed the two basic methods for the evaluation of green logistics environmental performance, namely, the eco-benefit index evaluation model and the environmental performance evaluation index system of the ISO, and at the end, studied emphatically the application of balanced scorecard in the environmental performance evaluation of green logistics before establishing the evaluation system and determining the key performance evaluation index, management items, behavioral index and the index ValUe.
