摘要
针对中小型物流企业应如何更加有效地管理人才这一难题,从理论研究着手,将通过利用研究取得的成果具体应用到实证企业进行应用效果评估,由此确定中小型物流企业的人才管理最新方法。在理论研究中,通过对经典的夏皮洛模型进行深入研究,对其不适用中国环境的情形进行适度拓展。拓展过程利用宏观经济学、泛函分析、变分法、边界分析法等完成。在此基础上,将理论研究成果具体应用到A公司,并对在A公司运行一年的效果进行充分评估,由此确定了拓展模型的具体实效。最后,在上述理论研究与实证应用的基础上,为国内同类型企业的人力资源管理提出有针对性的意见和建议。
In this paper, we studied the problem of talent management by the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises, applied the finding of the study to an empirical evaluation and thus determined the latest method for talent management by these enterprises. In the theoretical study, we studied in-depth the classic Shapiro model and extended the port of it that was unsuitable for China, on the basis of which, we applied it to a company A, thoroughly analyzed the effect for a year and then determined the concrete effect of the extended model. At the end, on the basis of the theo^tical and empirical study, we proposed the corresponding suggestions and opinions.
