摘要
北方联合电力有限责任公司所属的呼和浩特市生活基地水源热泵工程与城市供热系统相比,投资小、费用低;但是在系统冬季试运行时,建筑物室内温度达不到设计要求。通过对北京市大红门服装城、北京警察学院等单位的水源热泵技术应用情况进行调研,认为该技术是可行的。之后对呼和浩特市生活基地水源热泵系统进行改进:增加取水井和回灌井的数量,提高系统的运行维护水平。改进后,系统运行状况良好,达到设计要求。针对该系统的应用情况,提出设计方案前做好地下水勘察工作,回灌井和取水井宜分别布置在上、下游区域,保证水源井施工质量等建议。
The cost of Water Source Heat Pump Project of Hohhot Life Base was lower than that of urban heating system, while the indoor temperature of the building could not reach the design requirements as running in winter. The research to the application of water source heat pump techology of Beijing Big Red Door Clothing Store and Beijing Police College turned out that the techology was feasible. The improvement of Water Source Heat Pump Project of Hohhot Life Base made the system running smoothly and the indoor temperature conform to the design requirements. What's more, put forward some suggestions of the exploration to the groundwater before the scheme design, inverted wells and driving wells installing in upstream or downstream to ensure the construction quality.
