摘要
油浸式电力变压器大量使用排油充氮装置作为其消防设备,排油充氮装置的安全性直接影响到变压器运行的安全。针对某变电站1号主变压器排油充氮装置动作、主变压器器保护动作,现场试验检查发现,事故发生时,距离主变压器约30 m处有施工现场夯实场地,压路机作业振动较大,由于振动导致排油重锤跌落是事故直接原因。对此提出多条有关合理使用排油充氮装置及防止其误动的建议和对策。
Oil-immersed power transformer use the oil discharge nitrogen charging device extensively as the fire fighting equipment. The safety of the oil discharge nitrogen charging device directly affects the safety of transformer running. For the oil discharge nitrogen charging device of the main transformer 1 in some substation action, the main transformer protection action, on-site test inspection turned out that some construction site was compacting the field within 30 m from the main transformer, the distance of the main transformer within 30 m compaction site on the construction site, and the vibration of the roller is higher, resulted in oil discharge hammer dropping. Put forward some suggestions about the rational use of oil discharge nitrogen charging device to prevent the misoperation.
