摘要 为了从根本上提高液浮陀螺在轨故障检测与诊断能力,基于相关性模型从设计角度提出了液浮陀螺的可诊断性分析方法.该方法首先建立液浮陀螺各功能模块之间的信息流图,然后结合FMEA建立故障-测点之间的相关矩阵.基于相关性矩阵,建立了故障可检测性、可分离性分析方法,实现了对测点的优化设计.本文提出的相关性模型为定性模型,具有易于构建、计算简单的优点,不仅实现了对液浮陀螺可诊断性设计结果的评估,还可为测点优化配置提供设计依据. The fault diagnosability analysis method of the liquid-floated gyro based on the dependency model is proposed to enhance its fault diagnosis performance.Considering the relationship of the functional modules in the liquid-floated gyro,we obtain the information flow model firstly.And then the relative matrix between the faults and sensors is given according to the FMEA results.Based on the relative matrix,the fault detectability and isolability analysis process and sensor selection and optimization are addressed.Because the relative model belongs to the qualitative model,the presented fault diagnosability analysis method is easy to establish and compute.Our method not only evaluates the diagnosability design of the liquid-floated gyro but also offers some important information to optimize sensor allocation.
