摘要
聚乙烯管道因具有轻质、环保、寿命长、易施工、易成型、抗冲击性强、抗振性好和耐化学腐蚀性强等优点,故广泛应用于城市燃气输送行业。燃气用聚乙烯管道的焊接质量和焊接接头性能,不仅与管道和原材料本身的性能密切相关,还与焊接工艺参数息息相关。研究表明,加热板温度、焊接压力、吸热时间和冷却时间等工艺参数对焊接接头的性能有较大影响,而且与热熔焊接缺陷的产生密切相关。由于焊接接头的性能受相关工艺参数及焊接相关因素的影响,选择适宜的焊接工艺参数并有效控制焊接相关因素,才能获得最佳的焊接接头性能,从而提高聚乙烯燃气管道的焊接质量,维护城市公共安全。
Polyethylene pipelines are widely used in the supply of gaseous fuels in cities, because they have a lot of advantages of light weight, environmental protection, long service life, easy construction, easy molding, strong impact resistance, good vibration resistance and strong chemical resistance, etc. The welding quality and welding joint performance of polyethylene pipelines for the supply of gaseous fuels relate to not only the performance of pipeline and raw material itself but also welding process parameters. Research showed that welding process parameters, such as the temperature of heating plates, welding pressure, the time of heat absorption and cooling time had great influence on the performance of the welding joint, and they closely related to welding defects. The performance of the welding joint was influenced by various process parameters and related factors, therefore, only if the appropriate welding process parameters were chosen and related factors were effectively controlled, the best performance of the welding joint was achieved. And it can improve the welding quality of polyethylene pipelines for the supply of gaseous fuels, maintaining urban public safety.
