Study on Emission Factor of VOCs from Metal Surface Coating Enterprise

通过对金属表面涂装企业的现场调查,获取各种活动水平数据,根据VOCs的排放途径,基于物料平衡关系初步建立金属表面涂装企业生产过程VOCs的排放系数,并通过企业生产试验和现场监测的同步分析,进一步验证排放系数的可信度,最终得出基于企业涂料用量及VOCs治理技术等活动水平下的排放系数。

Based on the investigation of metal surface coating enterprise, various kinds of activity datas were collected. And according to the emission pathway of VOCs during the production process, the initial VOCs emission factor of metal surface coating enterprise was established based on material balance, and through the simultaneous analysis of production testing and monitoring, the reliability of emission factor was further verified. Finally the emission factor based on the activities such as coating material amount and the control technology of VOCs was worked out.
