摘要
文章主要阐述有机硅氧烷单体与聚醚、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应制备水性聚氨酯涂料。研究结果表明:采用后添加有机硅氧烷单体的合成工艺,可制备贮存稳定好的水性聚氨酯乳液;DMPA用量在6.7~7.6,乳液性能最好;有机硅氧烷的添加量控制在4%~6%,与亲水扩链剂DMPA一起在反应的后期一起加入,可以很均匀地分布在大分子链端。有机硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯涂料具有涂膜硬度高、耐沾污性、耐水性好和耐溶剂性好等优点。
It studied the preparation of silicone/WPU, using silicone/DMPA and TDI. It indicated: It could prepare WPU with well storage stability; When the dosage of DMPA is 6.6-7.6, the properties of emulsion is the best; With the dosage of organo-siloxane is 4 %-6 %, it could be dispersed in the Molecular chain end uniformly when it was added with DMPA in the later reaction. Silicone/WPU has much advantage such as high hardness of coating film, stain resistance, good water resistance and good solvent resistance.
