摘要
该装置以固体硫磺作为原料,采用快速熔硫、过滤、液体硫磺燃烧、废热回收、"3+1"两转两吸生产工艺。设计产量为3000 t/d,共两个系列,此次试生产投入使用的是硫酸Ⅰ系列,得到98.0%~98.5%的硫酸,总转化率为99.99%,尾气中SO2、酸雾满足排放要求。文章分析了试生产中出现的问题及问题出现的原因,并给出了解决相应问题的建议。
Raw material of the plant is solid sulphur. The plant adopted technologies of quick melting of solid sulphur, filtering and mechan/-cal atomization of molten sulphur, "3+1" double conversion. The design production capacity is 3000 t/d. Couple series is designed. But only series I is used. The production is 98 wt%-98.5 wt% H2SO4. The overall conversion is 99.99 %.The concentration of SO2 and acid mist in tail gas is up to the emission demand. The causes of the problems are analyzed. And the corresponding suggestions are raised.
