摘要 本研究结合偏光显微镜和傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱测量对中药降糖保健品进行了成分分析。在偏光显微镜下发现中药保健品中混杂有晶体物质,提取晶体做傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱测量,发现晶体的成份为西药盐酸二甲双胍。本方法简便、快速、准确度高,可以为掺伪中药(保健品)的药物成分鉴定提供科学依据。 This study focused on the rapid detection of adulterated traditional Chinese medicine health products by using polarizing microscope and Fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy. Under the polarizing microscope, some crystalline chips in the traditional Chinese medicine health products capsules were found. The crystalline chips were collected and Fourier Transform Infrared Absorption (FTIR) measurement was performed. The results show that the composition of crystalline chip is l,l-Dimethylbiguanide hydrochloride which is a commonly used drug for the diabetics. This study provided a rapid, simple and high accuracy method for detecting adulterated traditional Chinese medicine health products.
