摘要 CA砂浆对乳化沥青的性能提出了更高的要求,其中乳液的稳定性是影响乳化沥青性能的关键因素。本文研究了乳化剂和助剂等乳化沥青最关键的组成部分对乳化沥青稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着乳化剂SD-2和助剂CMC用量的增加,乳化沥青的贮存稳定性变好;随着缔合型增稠剂ZJ-T的增加,乳化沥青的稳定性先变差后变好,后趋于稳定;CMC和缔合型增稠剂ZJ-TT复配使用能够明显改善乳化沥青的贮存稳定性,复配助剂比单独使用一种助剂的效果更好。 CA mortar requires for a higher performance of emulsified asphalt and the stability of emulsion soap is the key factor influencing the performance of emulsified asphalt. In the paper, the effects of the most critical components--the emulsifiers and additives on the stability of emulsified asphalt were studied. The results indicate that the storage stability of emulsified asphalt got better with the increase of emulsifiers SD-2 and additives CMC amount; as the associative thickener ZJ-T amount increased, the storage stability of emulsified asphalt firstly got worse and then better, finally became stable. The compound use of CMC with associative thickener ZJ-TT could significantly improve the storage stability of emulsified asphalt and the compound use was more effective than single use of addictives.
